Refunds/Cancellations Policies

In the event of a mechanical failure that will inhibit the safety of a voyage Miami Exotic Yachts,LLC. reserves the right to substitute the equipment and /or reschedule  the voyage.  When substituting we will seek to provide  for a comparable yacht as originally reserved or offer an upgrade at no additional cost based on availability.  All reservations are final non cancellable nor refundable. Should weather conditions be deemed unsafe a rain check or future credit of the fees paid will be issued.
